1. Services
Beach City Pool Services provides pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and chemical treatment services. All services are performed by trained technicians following industry best practices. Service schedules and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Prices may vary based on pool size, condition, and specific requirements discussed during assessment.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Recurring maintenance plans are billed monthly.
5. Liability
Beach City Pool Services is fully licensed and insured. Our technicians follow industry standards and protocols. We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures or conditions beyond our control.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our priority.
